Jessica Colucci, MS, LPC, NCC is a psychotherapist and co-Director of the Sports Performance department specializing in treating children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and sports performance issues.

Jessica’s approach to therapy includes psychodynamic, trauma-informed interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play. She strives to create a therapeutic alliance that fosters change from within.

Jessica has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and behavioral difficulties. She has completed advanced training in various therapeutic modalities, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

During her graduate studies, Jessica worked in a children’s hospital in the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology unit, where she provided therapeutic support both to children undergoing medical treatment and to their families. She also has experience in the field of child abuse and neglect, where she worked extensively with children suffering from trauma, anxiety, and depression both individually and in a family dynamic context. Jessica works with athletes of all ages related to sports performance difficulties including self-talk, sports anxiety and identity. 

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Monmouth University.
