Conditions We Treat

Lukin Centers Eating Disorder Program helps you:

Despite the prevalence of eating disorders, many individuals struggle to receive care due to stigma, limited access to trained providers, and insufficient early intervention. Our outpatient program bridges these gaps by providing evidence-based, client-centered treatment. We empower individuals to cultivate healthier coping mechanisms, enhance body image, and re-establish balanced relationships with food and exercise.

  • Foster physical and emotional healing
Our program assists individuals to identify and process the underlying issues, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. Our team at Lukin Center provides a safe space for exploring the emotional roots of disordered eating, offering tools for emotional regulation and self-acceptance.
  •
  • Build self-esteem and body acceptance
Body diversity has always existed.  Deconstruct diet culture and societal influences to foster a more realistic and compassionate self- and body-image, independent of external expectations.
  •
  • Create sustainable, healthy eating habits
At the core of eating disorders is a disrupted relationship with food. Many feel trapped in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or purging, which can distort their perception of food, hunger cues, and their body’s needs.  The eating disorder program at the Lukin Center addresses these unhealthy patterns, helping individuals relearn how to nourish their bodies in a balanced and sustainable way.
